What is wrong with the public schools?

    The system is lacking results, but not always is it because of the teachers.  There is an audience for the Public School System still, but many are outgrowing it.  Public schools are under much pressure to show results and must teach to the test to help test scores increase, along with the increased criminal activity and negative social issues, many children just don't want to be there.
