How would I know what to teach?

Parents know their children better than anybody else. Start by teaching them the things they want to learn. Children succeed when they are allowed to learn the things they are most interested in, on their own timetable and in their own environment, or you may school them like in the early days; reading, writing and arithmetic. Trust your child.
