Will employers hire home-schooled students?

Homeschooled children have a great reputation and a strong advantage in the job market. Many are offered jobs right on the spot because of availability alone.  Homeschooled children are often more confidant, self-directed and motivated. Some employers seek out homeschooled kids because of their sense of responsibility.
